What is your return policy?

For our online store and Corporate Gifting:

All sales are final.

If your plant arrives damaged complaints must be filed within 24 hours of receipt of arrival.

To initiate, please email the following information to support@deskplants.com:

  • Purchase receipt, order number, contact name, contact email, reason and photos of how plants arrived.

Each case is unique and details will be handled on a case by case basis.

For In-store location at The Domain:

All sales are final, we do not process refunds for plants bought in-store.

What is your Live Plant Guarantee?

Applies to our online store:

If you ordered a plant from us and it arrives damaged beyond recovery or dies within the first 45 days of receipt, just send us a picture and a description of the dead plant and we will happily send a replacement plant right away!

What is your Pot Quality Guarantee?

If your pot arrives damaged in any way, send us a picture of the damaged pot and we will replace it right away, no questions asked. If you drop your pot and it is damaged or broken, we can't guarantee a return or replacement, but we also want to help you be successful at your plant ownership. To accommodate each case, please email pictures of your damaged pot, receipt, order number, contact email and phone number, contact name and a short description of what happened.
