We allow returns up to 30 days after your purchase date.
To initiate your return, please include your receipt, order number, contact email and phone number, contact name and a reason for return. Email this information to email@example.com to process a return. Note that depending on the day, it may take up to five days to receive a response. We will send a shipping label to you. To receive a full refund, return the potted plant as instructed by our team. Each case is unique, we will share details with each individual on a case by case basis. You are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Picture and complaint must be filed within 24 hours of receipt of plant.
For our store at The Domain Location:
All sales are final, we do not process refunds for plants bought in-store.
What is your Live Plant Guarantee?
If you ordered a plant from us and it arrives damaged or dies within the first 45 days of receipt, just send us a picture and a description of the dead plant and we will happily send a replacement plant right away!
If your pot arrives damaged in any way, send us a picture of the damaged pot and we will replace it right away, no questions asked. If you drop your pot and it is damaged or broken, we can't guarantee a return or replacement, but we also want to help you be successful at your plant ownership. To accommodate each case, please email pictures of your damaged pot, receipt, order number, contact email and phone number, contact name and a short description of what happened.
